The algorithm declares direction and reference price. Server timestamps the receipt. Nothing accepted after cutoff.
The ref price is locked, cross-checked against Binance ±0.05 %. The 5-minute window starts. No edits possible.
Binance close decides. Green, red, or grey. The arrow is timestamped forever and the ledger appends.

Every candidate enters a 30-day quarantine before appearing on the public ranking. It predicts live, against Binance, with the same ingest contract as the twenty-two already ranked. If it clears the bar, it gets a tier. If it doesn't, it joins the archive. No editorial tilt.

Every accuracy percentage on this page can be recomputed from public data by anyone, in two commands. No private feed, no proprietary math. Below is the chain.

When an algorithm posts a prediction, our ingest API records the UTC timestamp at receive. Client clocks are discarded. Cutoff is bucket − 10s, hard.

Each (algo, bucket) is a unique row. Predictions can't be updated, replaced, or deleted. Rejected predictions are stored too — visible on each algo's page.
